About Us
Located in Hart, Michigan, we have been a licensed facility since 1994. Our facility, originally the "Oceana County Hospital" was purchased in 1993 and converted into the Licensed Home for the Aged with a capacity of 39-beds.
We are devoted to serving the elderly population age 60 and over on a
sub-acute care level.
We strive to provide the ever-growing services required for the elderly in an environment that offers the comforts of home and a safe and friendly atmosphere.
It is our philosophy to maximize independence by focusing on activities and strengths of each individual. We enhance the quality of life by creating a positive environment that stimulates each person and creates a feeling of usefulness and well-being.
